DATA TRANSMISSION                                                                                                               

You may transmit your data for logos, company and name imprints, signatures, product illustrations or individual texts as follows:
1.) ON DATA CARRIERS - DVD, CD-ROM
3.) BY MAIL - templates (please, send e.g. logos, letterings, signatures, hand-written texts, which you do not have available as image files, on WHITE paper. Please, send us the templates in original sizes or larger! Black and white films are also possible as printing templates.
!! Please, note:
Templates sent by fax, company stamps, copies, laser or ink-jet prints may not be processed.

FORMATS FOR IMAGES (logo, signature, images, etc)                                                            

• TIFF, EPS or PDF files with a minimum resolution of 600 dpi in original size (that is the desired printing size); coloured image files with resolution of 300 dpi in CMYK mode (Euro scale).

• EPS files of Illustrator, FreeHand or Corel Draw with fonts converted to paths and image files embedded.

• Open FreeHand (10.0) and Illustrator (CS2) files with fonts converted to paths and image files embedded.

!! Please, note:JPEG (except for resolution of 300 dpi) or GIF files, RGB files, Microsoft Word or Excel files, QuarkXPress, Adobe PageMaker and PowerPoint files may not be processed.

PROOF                                                                                                                                      
For each order, you will receive free of charge a proof sheet by fax. Upon request, we will email you a PDF file at the price of 9.00 Euros or a colour proof at the price of 20 Euros. Please, inspect the proof sheet carefully for its content and return it to us immediately (print OK possible by fax or by email). Subsequently required changes (author corrections) are charged separately. We will archive your logo details. This will save you time and money for your next order.

DELIVERY TIMES                                                                                                                      

The delivery time for Auer Paper Art products without imprints for cards, letter papers, decorative envelopes and special products is approx. 2 to 5 working days after the receipt of the order. The delivery time for letter papers, envelopes and cards with imprints is approx. 5 to 10 working days after the authorisation of the proof.  For deliveries to non-member states of the EU, the dispatch of goods must be processed at customs. This prolongs the delivery time by several days. Please, consider that in your order. Upon request, every order will be confirmed providing the approximate delivery week.

EU-CUSTOMERS / NON-EU CUSTOMERS / VALUE ADDED TAX                                                  

FOR ALL CUSTOMERS WITHIN THE EU:
Please, do not at any rate forget to provide us in your order with your valid Value Added Tax identification number (Ust-Ident-Nr, VAT ID no.) and to enter your correct and full company name = invoice recipient (company name with all additional details, company status, contact partner, address, etc.)!!! Then only, deliveries may be made exclusive of Value Added Tax! Orderers from Austria are also asked to provide the VAT ID number, as it is now legally obligatory to provide the same for any amounts invoiced of more than 1,000 Euros for the invoice recipient to be able to assert the VAT with the tax authorities as input tax. The customer is liable for the correctness of the Value Added Tax identification number provided and will release the publishers in all cases from claims for any expenses, damages, etc., which result from the provision of a faulty VAT ID number. For the subsequent changes to invoices we are unfortunately obliged to charge a contribution to costs amounting to € 25.00. The allocation of Value Added Tax identification numbers is free of charge and non-binding. Please, ask the representatives at your tax office or your tax advisor. 

FOR ALL CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE EU:

For deliveries of goods to Switzerland and other non-EU countries the Austrian Value Added Tax will not be invoiced. However, your dispatch of goods must be processed at customs. When ordering and scheduling your orders, please, take into consideration that the delivery time may be prolonged by several days. Furthermore, there will be additional costs for the EU export duties and import duties in your country, which we will pass on to you. In many countries import Value Added Taxes are charged, which correspond to the Value Added Tax in your country. Usually, you may assert these with your tax offices as input taxes.

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING COSTS                                                                                           
For deliveries to the countries within the European Union, we charge a flat rate for postage and packaging costs per delivery. The amount of this flat rate depends on the weight of the delivery and on the destination country. Deliveries to countries outside the EU are charged at cost. Please, note that these will also have to be processed at customs and that this will take several days. If one order is sent to several delivery addresses, the postage costs are charged per delivery address. Subsequent deliveries are exempt from postage costs. Each parcel is insured.

 

 
SAVINGS HINT: From a net goods value of 450.00 Euros, the postage and packaging costs are cancelled and the deliveries are by courier service free recipient's address.

 

MINIMUM ORDER VALUE                                                                                                           
The minimum order value per order is 75.00 Euros. Of course, we will happily accept smaller orders, but to cover our costs we must charge a small order surcharge amounting to 8.50 Euros. Thus, it is best for you to collect the smaller orders and you will then save the small order surcharge.

CONDITIONS OF DELIVERIES AND PAYMENT                                                                            
All prices stated are based on EURO and they are net prices plus the Value Added Tax as legally applicable. Errors and changes excluded. The deliveries are on account, payable net without deductions after the receipt of the goods. For advance payments (bank transfer of the amount invoiced before the dispatch of the goods) or for credit card payments we grant an early payment discount of 3 %. All credit cards are accepted: EUROCARD, MASTERCARD, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS CLUB, JCB.

 

RECLAMATIONS                                                                                                                       In the event of justified reclamations we will provide supplementary performance by subsequent or replacement deliveries. Reclamations may only be processed within 7 days after the receipt of the goods. For printer technological and resolution-related reasons, colour differences of the paper products to the illustrations in the catalogue/on the Internet may not be avoided and thus, they are no reason for reclamations. If in doubt, use our free samples service and before ordering let us send you original samples of the required products free of charge. Returns are only accepted subject to justified quality defects and subject to our express written consent in writing and after prior agreement and subject to a fax confirmation on the part of our person of contact. Please note: Unfortunately, we may not accept freight collect returns.

 

EXTRACT FROM OUR GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS                                                         

Our General Terms and Conditions are agreed for all business contacts. Sales are only to commercial, industrial, freelance consumers or resellers. All prices stated are based on EURO plus the Value Added Tax as legally applicable. Errors and changes excluded. Sales and special promotions are limited in time and only apply while stocks last. Partial deliveries are expressly permissible. The delivery time is usually 2 to 4 working days from dispatch into the EU countries. The agreed delivery times are only binding for us, if we confirmed the same in advance in writing or by fax. The delivery is by courier, mail or train with house deliveries from the EU. We will happily meet special requirements, however, any additional surcharges will be passed on. The goods are dispatched for account and at the risk of the orderer. Any damaged goods may only be accepted from the carrier after the acknowledgement of the damage. All deliveries and services remain our property to their full settlement. Reclamations may only be processed within 5 days after the receipt of the goods. We reserve the right to replacement deliveries or improvements. The express place of jurisdiction is Vienna/Austria. Returns are only accepted subject to justified quality defects and subject to our express written consent in writing and after prior agreement and subject to a fax confirmation on the part of our person of contact. Our invoices are payable net with the receipt of the goods. Changes of certain provisions of our General Terms and Conditions are possible, to take effect, however, we must confirm them expressly in writing.
